"Test" in Payment Terms in InvoiceNinja

This is the 2nd time the word “test” has appeared in the terms field for TMQ clients.

This seems to be a glitch but can someone look into?

Is it possible you’ve set the default terms at the company, group or client level to ‘test’?

Also, are you using the hosted or selfhosted app?

we do not do anything with default company / group levels in Ninja. I bill and send to the portal and this is happening on it’s own. I have another client it did to as well and they are a new client C10742 so unsure if this is for new clients or not. I am using the portal link provided to PerfectServe employees so unsure of your hosted question. I do need this fixed ASAP if possible. Thanks!

I looked at the customer card and they are saying Net 30

The most likely explanation is that a default value has been set, you can check in the settings, If that doesn’t explain it I suggest asking in a discussion on GitHub.

Has anything changed, are you seeing any errors?

it seems its a different version (maybe updated). I was able to have a co-worker send me a different link to access and I am now in there…just looks different. Playing around with it now to see how it works. I had an error code 404 - not found but it seems the link was changed. Do you know if an update was done?

It looks like the older version the way it used to be. We speak w/ Cameron and Josh for these type of issues. Can it go back to the new look?

Which version did you change from/to?

Maybe you changed from the Flutter to React web app

hmmm…are you familiar w/ this version below? This is the old way it used to look and operates much slower than the newer version. Im not sure if React or Flutter…are you able to let me know? I appreciate all your help! Will it switch back to the other version at some point?

That’s the old web app, if it’s slower why do you want to switch back to it?

You can run this SQL query to change back:

UPDATE accounts SET set_react_as_default_ap = 0;

Note: if you like the old interface we recommend installing the desktop app.

what do you mean by self hosting? I just hit the link on my favorites and then that’s when i ran into trouble. not sure what happened. it was working fine yesterday. do you have any insight to what may have happened?
I do know a couple of members on the team got new laptops so unsure…
