honestly, when i started, my manager gave me the link and I have been using that since. I never logged in any other way. I recently received the link below from my coworker so is this the link i should be using? Should i access Ninja another way?

im not sure what you mean! What is the web link or desktop app link? I tried the link from yesterday and it worked but now not working again. Getting the below error msg
and it’s back to the old version on the other link my coworker uses. Im also trying to send invoices to the portal and it is not working.
We will be performing billing tomorrow and this issue must be fixed. Invoices must go to the portal and they are not. I have tried 4 times now and nothing. I need help ASAP; if possible…thanks!

not to my knowledge but I do know our IT team has done some updates but they do not monitor this service. im not sure downloading that will work. it doesn’t even recognize my work email. I am emailing Josh and Cameron right now because we need to get this going ASAP. I appreciate what you’ve tried to do but it’s not working and we need the new version. We also need invoices to go there and they are not and billing is performed tomorrow for our 3k clients. Do you have any other suggestions?

ok, no worries…thank you! Im not sure what self hosting means, as I mentioned before, that link was provided to me when I started. I just emailed Josh so hopefully we can get this resolved. I do appreciate your assistance thus far.
Invoice Ninja can either be used on our server/hosted (https://app.invoicing.co) or on your own server/selfhosted.
