New Install SnapPDF Error 500

500: Server Error

Self-Hosted on Ubuntu 22.04
Installed version v5.7.51-C140
PHP (Web/CLI): 8.1.2

System health mostly good except Queue not enabled - Ill look into this later once I know its working

When I use PhantomJS it works and I can view all PDFs both on Admin and Client side. However it churns through the credits very quickly even when not doing anything it went through 100 credits in 2 hours being idle with a PDF in view.

However when I use SnapPDF, I get the error 500 when viewing PDFs.

FYI, I followed this guide:

Install Invoice Ninja v5.5 on Ubuntu 22.04

Note: use this guide for Ubuntu 20.04 Install Invoice Ninja v5.5 on Ubuntu 22.04 Ubuntu and debian based distros are highly reccomended for running the InvoiceNinja software. If you are on a red hat based distro, or other OS, it would probably be best to just use a container and host the docker image. hosted_ninja should work.

Are there any details about the 500 in storage/logs?

Thank you for your awesomely quick response.

I had in my mind that “hosted_ninja” was only for hosted/paid solutions and not self hosted. Thank you - appears to be working.

Will post Logs if error persists.
