Invoice rounding amounts on v5

Hello,

I am using Invoice Ninja through a TrueNAS app which is currently running version 5.12.28-o.
What I am trying to achieve is to have the invoice total amount included the 7% VAT to be a rounded amount, without decimals.

Currently the invoice rounding amount is set to 2 decimals but I am assuming I would need 3 to be able to set the correct item price so that the amount with tax included ends up being a rounded number.

For example, in Thailand where we use the Thai baht, issuing a 9,000THB bill for a service, I can only end up with 8,999.99 or 9,000.01

Is there a way to remedy this please?
Thank you.

Hi,

One option may be to use a custom invoice surcharge to manually add/subtract the small amount.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer. I read in another forum post that this was supposed to be solved in version 5, wasn’t it?

Can you please link the post you’ve referring to?

That post is referring to v4, you’re using v5.

Yes it’s referring to v4 and you’re one replying in this post that the same problem will be fixed in v5.

So since I’m using v5, I should not be experiencing the same issue I assume or there’s something I am missing here?

I suggest asking in a discussion on GitHub.
