Hi all,
I’d like to change some labels on the invoice.
E. g. (in my case in german): I’d like to change “Offener Betrag” (Balance Due )to “Rechnungsbetrag” (Invoice Amount).
The options in Settings-> Localization->Custom Labels doesn’t help, because the labels I want to change are not listed.
Any idea how to change the label?

If the field isn’t in the dropdown you can add a custom value.
You may want to try using the desktop/mobile app:

And how to add this new field to the Invoice? How to tell the field what value to show behind?

Sorry, maybe I’m misunderstanding. The balance due field should already be shown on the invoice, a custom label will just override what’s shown.
You can adjust the total fields on Settings > Invoice Design > Total Fields.
In Settings → Invoice Design → Total fields I can see the already used fields and can add several additional fields. I can adjust the order of those fields. But how can I rename one of this fields?

You should be able to rename the field on Settings > Localization.
If the field isn’t in the dropdown you can click ‘Add custom’
The field “Offener Betrag” (Balance Due) is not in the List.
If I add it via Add Custom: What “Key” should I type? “Balance Due” or “Offener Betrag”.
Nothing seems to work.

The key is balance_due, there is a ‘Labels’ button you can click to view all keys
Whoops - somehow it seems to work now.
I played something around and used “balance_due”. This created a new custom entry “Offener Betrag” and this works now.
