But when click on Update Now, get a error 410: Gone • Download not yet available. Please try again shortly.
Are there any issues for update or is a problem for long time without update ?

Had the same issue, switched from zip install to git install
Cleared the folder, and cloned the Github repository.
Installed requirements for SnapPDF, enabled SnapPDF in .env, with vendor/bin/snappdf download
apt install libnss3-dev libatk1.0-0 libatk-bridge2.0-0 libcups2 libgbm1 libpangocairo-1.0-0 libgtk-3-0
Then composer install and git pull as well as chown -R for files in Invoice Ninja folder.
Checked in app for updates, and still I got the message that there is an update available, currently running on 5.8.30 while it still shows I could update to 5.8.54
The web app gives me the same 410 Gone error, so I checked branch and status: The update note comes from being in stable instead of being in any other branch - at least in my case.
5.8.30 is latest for stable.

Yeah, sorry, forgot to mention it in my post because it said on my server: nothing to migrate.
Glad you solved it.
Besides, I switched back to hosted_ninja instead of SnapPDF, although I installed all dependencies it looked like there is a massive slow down of my system.
I still need to figure out what happens in the back but once I removed SnapPDF and especially Chromium, ervything went back to normal.
Will keep you updated.
Update: I needed to reupload the logo again and made it smaller in size.
Now it looks like everything is fine.
