Hi.
I’m creating an integration between our CRM system and Invoice Ninja via Zapier.
The aim is to create and email an invoice, with a payment link. Other invoices created within the platform are sent without a payment link as we prefer to take bank transfer for those jobs.
So, I have created two template emails within the “Templates & Reminders” settings. One with payment link and one without.
However, when creating the Zap, the Email Template field only gives me two options (Initial and Reminder1), neither of which relate to the templates I have generated…
Any help would be gratefully received!

We’ll look into adding more options with the next Zapier update

Has this been resolved? We’re stuck too with only 2 options.

This should now be available, you may need to create a new zap to see the options.
