Wrong pricing for annual payment

My pro plan is supposed to renew tomorrow and before it does, I want to lock in the current rate with an annual plan before Januar 1st as per your email and post here in the forum. However, the system already applies the 2020 rates. I contacted contact@invoiceninja.com and was ist told that “for new users the new price is in effect”, but I’m not a new user. Can this be fixed on my side or does it need to be fixed on your side?
