Whiteabel license questions

Hello. I’m running InvoiceNinja v5.12.28 with docker and I would like to do the Peppol Integration.

I see here that the WhiteLabel license is required to do this. S I just bought the license.

I added this line to my .env:

LICENSE_KEY=v5_1f33e7cxxxxxxxxxx

I connected to the app docker to see if the license env varaible was correctly used:

root@5cf341a2fd6c:/var/www/html# php artisan tinker

I keep seeing the “Buy White Label” button on the top left part of the screen, and the “e-envoice” do not contains the Peppol option.

Should I do something else to apply the license key?

just add it into the system using the gui. Go to Settings and the Account Management and then click “Apply License”

You’ll then see the above change to “Licensed” and provide an expiration date. Reload the GUI and then you’ll see the white label button disappear.

I don’t know why I didn’t find that menu :wink:

I’ll now check how to enable peppol. Looking at the e-invoice menu, I don’t see peppol in the proposed formats.

I suggest checking the country is set to a supported value on Settings > Company Details, it would explain PEPPOL not being shown as an option.

Hello Hillel,

It seems to be ok. Just have two remaining problems:

  1. I bought a peppol_500 but the peppol but on /settings/e_invoice > Peppol Preference, I see a credit : 0. I don’t see how to link the recent buy with my invoice ninja instance.

  2. I can select “send invoices”, but when I select “receive invoice”, the user interface don’t show anything, but the network inspector reveals this error {"source":"acts_as_receiver","details":"cannot be changed to true, because some of the participant identifiers are already active on an exchange network"}
