After upgrading from 5.10.16 to 5.10.20, the dashboard displays, but most other links (clients, products, invoices), temporarily flashes the menu, and then the browser displays a white screen.
The image above should show my settings prior to upgrading (I have rolled back to 5.10.16 using a backup file I took).
If it impacts things, I have invoice ninja installed in a sub-folder, accessed via a subdomain (not a sub-folder), and I have only recently upgraded to using the react web app, though I haven’t noticed any problems after upgrading…
Any suggestions what I should do would be great, thanks!
Thanks so much for the suggestion… I tried upgrading 5.10.16–>5.10.21 today and initially had some problems with a white screen on some menu items, but this cleared up after clearing the browser cache.
So, all that to say, it’s working again, thanks!
This happened again going from 5.10.20 to .23. Clearing the site data doesn’t work for me so I had to clear the entire cache in Chrome to get it working. Any tips on just clearing IN cache so it doesn’t make me have to redo settings on other sites?
@Ryan_G You may want to search for or create a bug report (if you haven’t already) on GitHub.
Admittedly, I had the exact same issue when upgrading to 5.10.23 myself. I don’t use Chrome, so I’m not sure if there’s a way to delete individual cookies. On Firefox, you can select cookies for an individual site, so you don’t have to log yourself out of everything else you have open.
I had started a bug report on this, but because I didn’t follow up on it due to other commitments taking my time, the bug report was closed on GitHub.
