Why isn’t my white label licence renewed automatically?
Hi,
We recently migrated the white label licenses to v5, if you purchase a license now it will auto-renew next year.
Was there a notice that I missed?
Will the same thing happen to me if I’m upgrading to a future v6?
There was no notice for this.
I can’t predict the future but now that we support auto-renewing the license I wouldn’t think we’d remove the feature.
So auto-renewing wasn’t possible in v4 at all?
That’s correct, if you purchased a white label license in v4 it wouldn’t auto-renew.

Purchasing the third white label license in v5. It still doesnt renew automatically. It got more expensive tho… more expensive is fine, just let me know in advance so I can opt out in case I want to.
But the system doesn’t even tell me that the license is expiring and I’m sending branded emails.. This is simply annoying.

Why don’t I receive a notifiaction that my license expires? The system can easily trigger an email to admins saying “your license expires soon".
If auto renew actually works, what happens when you raise prices? Will I be notified or do you simply charge more?
You can check your license’s expiry date on Settings > Account Management.
