Hi,
We are using self-hosted to manage our clients bill.
We are planning to purchase white label.
But the one buy the license and the one manage the code is different people.

Can you help me explain how the white label work?
Do you provide us a code to active white label?
Do the white label bind with an email address?

Hi,

When you purchase the license you’ll receive a key to apply in the app.

The email of the purchaser doesn’t need to match the account.

We have dev, stag and prod server.
Do we need three keys for three server?

The key is applied in the app on Settings > Account Management.

Why do you need dev, staging and prod servers?

Hi,

We don’t resell Ninja Invoice.
We just use Ninja Invoice to manage our billing.
We don’t use the client portal.
We have another app and our clients will make the purchase in that app.

We need to integrated NinJa Invoice with our app and make the purchase and billing synced between two backends.
We also modified some UI and logic of Ninja Portal.
And we need dev and stag server to make sure it not effect our clients.

Is it in the scope of White Label licensed?

You would only need a license for your prod server.

We buy the license and it work great.

I just have some more questions:

  1. This will not automatically renew next year, we need to manually renew the license next year. Is it correct?
  2. Is the license for 360 days, 365 days or one year? We bought the license at 2024-09-27. When should we renew our license?
  3. If the old license remain 10 days and we add new license, we will lose these 10 days. Is it correct?

So the license will be auto renew every year and we don’t need to care about this anymore.

That’s correct, your card on file will be auto-billed next year and you’ll receive a new license.
