what exactly white license for ? what does it remove ? does it removes invoice ninja social buttons on the bottom of client invoice view ? does it removes favicon and invoice ninja icons ?

It removes the logo in the header as well as the social buttons at the bottom of the page.
It doesn’t remove the favicon, in a future release we’ll change it so it’s also hidden.
The only remaining reference to us is a small copyright notice at the bottom of the page.
