What is E_Invoice Merge failed - Undefined property: stdClass::$tax_id

in my invoiceninja.log i have following entrie from my recurring invoices

[2025-03-28 09:00:10] production.INFO: Mailer failed with Undefined property: stdClass::$tax_id  
[2025-03-28 09:00:13] production.INFO: Firing email for invoice RE-0206-01-20250328  
[2025-03-28 09:00:13] production.INFO: Trying to send ABO-IN-0003-KD-0007-01-20220218  
[2025-03-28 09:00:13] production.INFO: Recurring Invoice Date Set on Invoice = 2025-03-28 - 2025-03-28  
[2025-03-28 09:00:16] production.INFO: E_Invoice Merge failed - Undefined property: stdClass::$tax_id  
[2025-03-28 09:00:16] production.INFO: Trying to send to [email protected] 2025-03-28 09:00:16

and it seams to be this is not sending 3 of 5 Mails
