Web app logs in, won't go past terms of service loop

I am able to log in to the web app for v4.

When I log in, it shows a modal, agree to terms of service and privacy policy.
I can check the boxes and agree…

and it puts up the same modal again, in a loop, forever.

If I try and log in with apps (mobile, or desktop) - it doesn’t recognize my email as having an account. (I suspect this is a v4 vs v5 apps problem.)

I missed the April 3rd migration date.

How can I get past the modal loop?

@david I think we may need to exclude the route to accept new terms from the migration middleware.
