Variable for client contacts

Hi folks,

I am using selfhosted (dockerized) release (v5.12.18), is it possible to reference the second [2] or third [3] clients contact with a variable? I have searched the forum, but I am unable to find a definitive answer.

I have checked Github, but unable to locate exact context, apart from people suggesting using a custom field, which is kind of odd considering contacts is a built in feature (e.g. $contact), so logically i would presume $contacts2 or $contacts.2, So I am thinking I am missing something or is this a feature request?

for context, I wish to have an email template with the following:

“Dear $contact.first_name and $contact2”

Additionally, can the first name of the client be referenced, something like $client.first_name?
