V5 - Unable to Upload Company Logo - Shared Hosting

So finally started with the migration to v5

  • The cron job issue disappeared after the mention of 24/48hrs

As I am going through the installation and setting up I am unable to upload the company logo
The upload button does nothing.

  • Installation via Softaculous

  • Running Latest Version

  • However when I tested on the desktop app the pop appeared. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

Are there any errors in the browser console when you click upload?

Hi, none, but will check the logs, and upload if I find any.
