Login, set dark mode. Open different browser or from a different PC, login page isnt dark and doesnt change when you login. Almost like the setting is stored in the browser.
Also, when logging in, if you type the password, then press enter, it pops up a new window for invoiceninja website instead of logging it.

What operating system and browser are you using?
I would have figured it would be stored in the user profile and settings followed the user.
Most settings in the app do, only the options on Settings > Device Settings are specific to the device. User may want different settings on different devices, you only need to set it once.
