V5 fresh install 1.11 401: These credentials do not match our records

Next day when try login
401: These credentials do not match our records
try change pass.
401: Email not found

Actually week ago in V4 was same problem after years using.
New V5 was hope to replace old V4
V5 was installed by C-panel in another web.
but look bad.

I suggest checking the users table in the database to see if there’s a record with your email address.

yes, it is there
1 email for admin

Not sure,

I cannot think of any scenario where a password would become invalid.

Even changin the APP_KEY in the .env file will not make the password invalid.

I think my mistake.

How does it work ,I am facing the saem scenerio.

Do you see a user in the database with that email address?

If email is configured you can use the recover password option to set a new password.
