V5 Email templates not using what is defined

This worked before the last update. The emails that are sent out don’t match the template I have defined. It worked before the last update. I am now on: v5.3.85-C81

It has Questions? We’re here to help! at the bottom and the color is not correct. I verified I have selected the designed template for the client and default invoices. When I preview it, the preview is correct.
