V5.10.6 reverts back to previous version after page refresh

After getting a notification on GitHUb, today I manually updated to v5.10.6. When I initially viewed the Health Check after doing so, it showed the correct version. After a page refresh related to this, it told me a new version was available. It said:

Current version: v5.10.6
Available version: v5.10.4

Clicking okay, the page refreshed and after a brief pause it said I had v5.10.4 installed and no updates were available.

Hello.

I don’t know if this has a link to it, but I can’t see any new versions to update. I have the v5.10.4-W160
