V4 to v5 migration "Sorry, you don't have the needed permissions"

Invoice ninja [v4.5.38]

I have installed v5 via softaculous and am trying to migrate.

When I go to the Account Management pace i cnnot see the Migrate button, it says
Sorry, you don't have the needed permissions
My user is administrator.


Any ideas? I have checked the error logs but no errors

Can you check that you’re logged in as the account owner?

That was it, I thought as administrator I should have had the rights to migrate. thanks
