V4 licence to v5

I had a v4 self hosted (white labeled) licence and it’s not working with v5.
Do I have to buy it again ?

The app supports sharing a white label license between v4 and v5.

Was the license purchased within the past year?

White labeled licence was graciously offered to me by you feb 2016 (according to my email archives) for my fr-ca translation. Does this licence still applies ?
