Using Zapier to Create and Email Invoices


Using Zapier to create and email invoices…

  1. Is it necessary to create a client first in my zap and then create an invoice? Or is there a way to create invoice and client will automatically be created. Saves a step if client is automatically created.
  2. When creating an invoice via Zapier for a product already created in Invoice Ninja, when I supply the product the product description and price automatically are not automatically populated by Invoice Ninja. Is it required that I supply the exact same description and price for the item/product line in my ZAP?

  2. All fields need to be supplied in the zap.
