Using particular field inside NOTES

Is it posible, inside the NOTES section inside the INVOICE to call a particular field?

For example, inside NOTES I want to add something like:

Remember that the subtotal “____ (Reference to the subtotal)” must be paid in advance and the Tax “___ (Reference to the tax)” must be paid to a particular account.

The exchange rate is “____ (exchange rate)”

Is this possible? If so, where can I find the shortcode for each instance.

Last question, is it possible to do operations with this variables? Or add them as custom fields to get an operation out?

For example: $subtotal * exchange rate (I cant find the variable for this field)
