Hello, Invoice Ninja Team,
I am using the Invoice Ninja cloud service (not self-hosted) and have set up a custom domain (invoice.hunisoft.com) using a CNAME pointing to cname.invoicing.co as per your documentation.
However, my domain is not accessible due to an SSL certificate issue. When I visit https://invoice.hunisoft.com
, I get the following error in Firefox and Chrome:
“Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue” (HSTS error).
Here’s the required information:
Invoice Ninja Version:
- I am using the Invoice Ninja Cloud Service (Enterprise Plan).
Error Logs:
- Since I am not self-hosting, I do not have access to
laravel.log
. - However, my browser error suggests the issue is due to a missing SSL certificate for my custom domain.
Recent Changes:
- I recently added my custom domain (
invoice.hunisoft.com
) in the Invoice Ninja Client Portal settings. - I confirmed the CNAME is correctly resolving to
cname.invoicing.co
. - I waited for automatic SSL issuance, but my domain is still not secure.
Hosting Platform:
- I am using Invoice Ninja’s hosted solution, not a self-hosted installation (no Docker, VPS, or Shared Hosting involved).
Request for Support:
Can someone from the Invoice Ninja team manually issue the SSL certificate for my custom domain? Since HSTS is enabled, I have no way to access my portal until SSL is active.
I have also emailed support but have not received a response. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
Thank you,
