I wanted to migrate to V5 but had a very old version of V4 so went to upgrade it to the most current version first. Thanks for the assistance. I did a bit more digging and looking at trying to do some restores of old installs. In the end I updated to PHP versions 7.3 and and repudiated update to V.4.5.43 and that worked. Not sure what I really did but it looks like its working so far.
