Upgraded to new version and lost everything?

Got a notification from the App store on my mac to update to the latest version and now when I open the Invoice ninja app, all my data is missing, a blank slate!

I have a backup disk with Time Machine. Is the data stored on my disk or in the cloud? How can I recover this? Please help.


Is it possible you need to change companies using the selector in the top left corner?
