I’m having issues updating prices. I have a particular products price set to 60 but recently I adjusted this to 45. In the recurring invoices area I selected all invoices and clicked ‘Update Prices’ but the prices didnt decrease. Am I doing something wrong?

I’m not sure, it should work as you described. If you’re using the web app it may help to try with the desktop app. If that doesn’t help feel free to email support at [email protected].
I’m using the desktop app. I tried everything but it doesn’t update.
In that case you may want to see if there’s a difference using the web app.
Note: there may be a delay of a few minutes for the invoices to update.
Ah, I’m actually seeing the delay issue. They have actually changed prices now.
