Unable to view Optional Item *and* Promo Code in Payment Link

Hi, thank you for this great piece of software, it is a pleasure to use!

I have unfortunately encountered a bug: I cannot view Optional Item and Promo Code in Payment Link (Subscriptions).

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a Payment Link with an Optional Item and a Promo Code. View and edit my example.
  2. View Payment Link
    1. The Optional Item does not show in the example Purchase Page.
    2. In v3, the Optional Item is displayed, but no Promo Code entry field --see my example by appending /v3 (as a new forum user, I can only include two links).

Setup

  • Version: 5.9.2
  • Environment: Self-Hosted Bare-Metal
  • React
