Unable to create invoice from tasks

We had to migrate to v5 and so far are finding the upgrade less than ideal to the point we are not able to invoice as before after being on this platform for over 2 years.

In v4 we could filter by status for a client all the tasks logged for that month’s billing, select all marked logged and then click on the invoice button. First we can’t filter by status as Invoiced is the only one available in the dropdown even after adding Logged in the settings. Secondly and most importantly, the invoice button no longer appears and when we select all logged records and select Create Invoice from More Actions, it only grabs the record for the More Actions.

Why in the world would you make it harder to use your software?

Yes we are using the web version. We’ve never had to use the desktop version so you can understand my frustration as now I need to have multiple team members download and install a desktop version. One of the reasons your service was chosen for us was because of the lack of need for installing a desktop version like QB. So one of your advantages is now lost. And let me guess, we will have to set up our settings and such for the desktop version? Why were we forced to move to a version that doesn’t have the same capabilities of the last version?
