Unable to change Invoice terms v5 PRO

Good day all.

I am unable to change the terms on an invoice in v5 PRO. I have tried other browsers and disabling all plugins to no avail.
At present I cannot send invoices due to the info there and need to be able to remedy this problem post-haste.

When you update the invoice terms are the new terms shown in the app interface but not in the PDF?
