Transactions not syncing between invoicing.co and app.invoicing.co

Hi. Does anyone have a suggestion? I’m importing transaction from CSV files, which I have to do using app.invoicing.co since there isn’t an import option in invoicing.co. Then when they’ve been imported I open invoicing.co and they sync and load there. I much prefer to do my editing and matching expenses etc on invoicing.co.
This has worked for like 18 months. Now I loaded the January transactions, but they will not sync into invoicing.co.
I did delete my first effort and start over, but doing it a second time didn’t help. They will not sync for some reason and I’m very frustrated atp.

If you see the data in one app it will exist in both, it may help to click ‘Refresh data’ on Settings > Device Settings.

Note: you may want to try the desktop app, it has the same app interface but is more performant.
