Tickets not retaining client details

Hi All,

I have the development version all set up and working bar one problem with the tickets.

When the client goes into the portal and raises a ticket, I can see that appear in the dashboard, however when it arrives, there is no client attached to it and then when the client returns to the tickets section of the portal, there are no tickets showing.

I have also tried manually adding the client to the relevant ticket in the tickets section of the dashboard but it won’t show me any clients to add and I can’t manually type this in.

Anyone got any ideas?

Its most likely a bug, we haven’t updated this code for a long time, we are working on a new version which is where our focus is at the moment.
