There is no place to sign on Invoice

Hi,

I’ve tested adding the signature on both quotes and invoices.

It works perfectly on quotes.

However, I can’t find any place to sign the invoice after receiving the invoice email sent by Invoice Ninja system.

I can see the approve button when I click the quote link to the client portal. After clicking the approve button, it will pop out a window to let me sign. But I can only see the “Download PDF” button on invoice. There is no other button or place that can let me sign the invoice.

How can I sign the invoice?

Is “Invoice signature” option enabled on Settings > Client Portal?

Also, are you using a standard or custom design?

Yes, I enabled every options on Settings > Client Portal > Authorization.

I’m using a custom design, but I don’t think it related to the invoice design.

I clicked the link from the email sent by Invoice Ninja system after I created the invoice. I can’t see any approve or sign button on invoice.

Do you have a payment gateway enabled? The option may only be shown after clicking ‘Pay now’

Got it.

I didn’t enable the payment gateway since I’m in Taiwan, I can’t use any payment gateway here.

Can you add the feature to sign the invoice without paying on invoice? It would be very helpful if this could be added to Invoice Ninja.
