tax ID + VAT ID wording before the actual number

Is there any chance to add “Tax ID” and “VAT ID” wording before the actual number, please?

I would ideally like to do that for both:
a) company
b) customer

I can not use the field to add Tax ID before the number, because like this only one language will be used.

The ideal solution would be to use the translation file (or modify scripts in some easy way).
