Tawk.to Widget for client portal

Hi there,

Just seeking some advice. I’d like to place my tawk.to widget so that it appears in the client portal while the client is logged in.

What would be the most appropriate php file to add this into so that it would appear throughout the client portal, regardless of which page they navigate to?

Hi,

You may be able to use the custom JS/CSS option on Settings > Client Portal > Customize.

Thanks Hillel, I tried putting the script under the Javacript customise field in the admin portal and saved, (as it’s a javascript widget) but nothing seems to appear when entering the client portal.

Any ideas?

@hillel Well I put the script in the Header field instead and it works in the client portal! :smiley: Thanks for bringing that customize area to my attention, it’s truly awesome.
