I have played around with custom fields before, but seem to have hit a wall.
We like to include the URLs for our tickets in our invoices. We have been doing this manually by copy and pasting the ID into the URL and then just tacking that into the notes in our invoices. I have created a custom field for our products and want to be able to just add the ID and then pass that to a tag for the custom field in the notes, rather than having to replace every instance of {ticketID} manually. Can this be achieved? I have done this with custom fields for client information in the past, but don’t see an option for products.
