System Logs Stopped Working

My system log have stopped working. Nothing since March 9th. FYI I am NOT good at the “code” stuff so if I need to do something with the codes, you might have to draw me a picture LOL.

Is there a way to go back further than what the log lets you?

This issue should now be resolved. new invoice/quote emails will be tracked appropriately going forward.
