System log stopped

In my system log on the dashboard it is only showing until August 10th. Nothing after that. How do I fix this?

Most likely your queues have stopped running so the system logs are no longer processing.

from the command like you could run

php artisan queue:listen

I am experiencing the same issue. Email logs from August 10th (possibly earlier) until now are not displayed in the system log on hosted v5.

How do I do that? I’m not very good with the behind the scenes computer stuff


I believe we only send email errors to the system logs.


I see the issue on the hosted platform, I have a fix for this that will be included in the next release this coming Sunday, 21st of August.

@Ketra this fix may help with your issue also, however it depends on which mail server configuration you are using.
