Hi, the system is automatically deleting invoices and for every invoice I create there is a correlating deleted invoice. In two instances no invoice has been created at all so now my invoice number are not sequential. Please can someone help advise what is going on? Thank you.
There is no code path where the system automatically could delete any record.
If you check the activity log, does it say something like system deleted invoice x or user deleted invoice x
Hi there, thank you. It shows that we have deleted the invoices but I think there must’ve been some kind of migration error. We have 90 invoices that were deleted on 20th September which is when we migrated?
