I’m testing Stripe as a payment operator to automate my payments.
When choosing the “SEPA Direct Debit” option, it displays the customer the following message: “Diese Zahlungsmethode kann für die zukünftige Verwendung gespeichert werden, sobald Sie Ihre erste Transaktion abgeschlossen haben. Vergessen Sie nicht, während des Bezahlvorgangs die “Shopdetails” zu überprüfen.”
Translated, this means it requires at least one transaction before it can save bankdetails for future use. How can I change this so that it works from the beginning? Some of our customers don’t have a credit or debit card.
