Customer added their bank account, they attempted to pay and stripe wants them to verify their account with micro deposits and she didn’t follow through and verify or there was some issue with her bank. This started may 24th.
Now she’s trying to pay the invoice via ach again but the payment verification link goes to a 404 not found on stripe. There’s also this error in stripe:
The provided PaymentMethod was previously used with a PaymentIntent without Customer attachment, shared with a connected account without Customer attachment, or was detached from a Customer. It may not be used again. To use a PaymentMethod multiple times, you must attach it to a Customer first.
Another odd thing, in invoice ninja payments, it shows nothing for her. Yet there are logs on stripe showing the payment failed.
Should she just delete the bank account in Invoice ninja and add it back?
