Stripe and Canadian Banks

According to Stripe, I can use their service to add a Canadian bank debit gateway (a system many websites up here use to collect payments directly from a bank account).

However, Stripe only shows credit card and ApplePay options. Does anyone know how to integrate Canadian banks? Their documentation is opaque to me:
