Hi, we’re on v 5.12.5 on a self-hosted server (NGINX, not Docker). Our Stripe integration has been working great for years.
Recently, one of our company’s payouts from Stripe have taken much longer than the payouts for our other companies. Stripe support says its because the one company is using “ACH Debit legacy” which takes “5 or more days to settle” and the other companies are using ACH Debit v2 which “takes up to 4 business days to settle”. Stripe support further informed that:
“Normally, it is who set up the account that can determine whether they used the legacy ACH or ACH v2. With the latest Stripe updates, most of the accounts are now using the ACH v2, and if you want to upgrade the integration, and you are using some sort of third-party platform, we advise that you reach out to your third-party platform first for more info and also to know if they support this integration or what will happen when it is upgraded.”
However, these companies were setup in Ninja and Stripe at around the same time and I can’t figure out why one uses the old “integration” and the others are using the latest. As they are setup exactly the same way in Ninja, I focused on the Stripe setup and upgraded to the lasted API version within the Stripe dashboard. That did not fix the problem. Stripe continues to tell me the issue is on the Ninja side.
How do I get Ninja to use the latest “integration” of ACH Debit v2 for all accounts?
Thanks in advance.
