Statements not showing payments

Currently, I am experiencing the statements not showing the payments even though I have ticked the box asking for that

So it works for some clients but not others?

If you can track down the difference it would be helpful, not sure what else to suggest.

Found out the payments are only showing up in in some statement previews, but not in any of the downloaded pdf’s
