I have a client who can’t open their invoice, and get the following message when they try: “ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Unsupported protocol
The client and server don’t support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.”
I tried to open this invoice on my phone and got the same message, AND when I tried to open the client portal, I got this message again. I downloaded a copy of my invoice and sent it to them, but how can I fix this in general?
