I am having some issues with PayPal. I last had a customer use InvoiceNinja to complete a payment on 11/28/2024 with no issues. I also checked my credentials which are still valid. Today, a customer got this message…
“Sorry, your transaction could not be processed… Failed to fetch”
Clients use /client to access the portal I have tried testing through /public/client and same results. My credit card says there is a pending transaction but it gets returned. PayPal does not show anything. When I go to the system logs (from dashboard) I can see the successful PayPal gateway from 11/28/24 but there is no failed or error messages
Silly question but drop the downloaded .tar and then what? Do I have to run anything from the console? I am not sure how much access I have on my shared hosting. I tried following an old tutorial I found on here but I did not have the correct access through GoDaddy cPanel hosting.
