This is probably already there but I can’t find it. I need to do this anyways. But I have a customer with remote sites and wants the invoice signed my the manger on site. Is there away I can create something for them to sign when I leave ( job is complete )? I already have it when they sign to pay and agree to the terms. But nothing when the job is complete.
I really think I am just over looking it.

Maybe you can create a second invoice for $0 which they sign once the work is done?
Can I add a signature line to that invoice? I can create another one. It would be nice if I can get them to sign right on my tablet and go.

This is not what I wanted. But it is a work around. Save a copy of the delivery note. Get a program that will allow you to sign. Save that, then open ninja backup. Upload the file to the invoice. It is extra work. But it gets the job done.

Look at Pdf gear. It is free on all platforms. I was waiting. I have been trying things out and some cost way to much. I came across this and so far fits the bill.
