I had this feature enabled, but suddenly it’s stopped working and I can’t remember how we set it up.
We had it set so that, if a customer was completing payment for an invoice, we would prompt them to share their shipping address before they could move forward with payment.
Any ideas why this stopped working? Please advise how to reenable.
Can you confirm the fields are required on Settings > Client Portal > Registration?
On further review, it looks like this is still required for credit card payments, but not required for other types of payments. It doesn’t seem to be related to the setting you’ve mentioned here. Is there another setting specific to payment options that requires customers to provide info before completing payment?

In the gateway itself, there will be a section which says Required Fields. Just ensure shipping is enabled in each of the gateways you have configured.
